Artists (I may need to sub category this one later)
"Independent international artist, working in her Wimbledon Park Studio in London, producing original artwork with strong colours and textures, creating spontaneous and explosive canvases. From abstract expressionist style to semi figurative work, the result is extremely appealing, decorative, ranging from volcanic to serene."
"I am my own muse, and I create from the inside out without thought. It is like meditation for me
and a way to bypass my intellect so my mind can breathe. I paint and draw each piece pixel by pixel using only Photoshop and the trackpad on my laptop. I see pieces and details before the whole, and as I go through each day, I grab (with my minds eye) each one of them. Later on, those pieces find their way into and onto each painting and become part of a whole, like a mosaic. Each has its place, but I never foresee any of it." Also you can find Prints here
"Toby creates dark and intense art that is powerful to view, work that grabs your attention and inspires your senses. Toby produces images from a mist with a mysterious, impactful and compelling atmosphere, using music as his inspiration and scrubbing the paint onto the canvas, then building the tones and the shades to create artwork that is spectacular. Work that makes you stop and linger, intriguing and depthful art that hits your unconsciousness and strikes your heart."
SHARON STONE ART
"Sharon is an oil and mixed-media artist based in Southend-on-sea, Essex. For the past 12 years she has exhibited in many local galleries and venues across South East Essex and London.
On discovering Pebeo paints, she found them to have inspired her to paint in a more abstract way. Each painting evolves with layer upon layer of the oil and water based paints, creating exciting pieces, each unique from the next. By working on ceramic tiles, wood and glass, this has encouraged her to explore more unusual surfaces, textures and mediums.
In 2016 and 2017 Sharon participated and won a place within Pebeo’s International competition and exhibited in the A&D gallery and The Strand Gallery in London. She was awarded 2nd place overall winning £250 art prize."
"Raffaella Bertolini is an Italian Artist, working and Living in London, UK. A graduate of the Savona “A. Martini” Art college she explores a variety of media and forms, such as acrylics, graphite, oils, charcoal, spray paint and collage. Raffaella draws influence from popular and Urban culture, fashion, art, music and literature. The Art graduate blends in Psychedelic Art and a touch of literally colourful humour to create her own brand of “Psychedelic Pop Art”. This is particularly well demonstrated in her portraitures. With this medium, she chose to primarily focus on the female figure. This large number of “Icons” portraits use alcohol ink. She not only celebrates the famous but also the hidden heroes such as those of the London Underground, which her recent artwork unearths. A Mondrian style background complements that approach in one of her latest series of paintings as she takes on the popular French icons, Serge Gainsbourg, Jane Birkin and Brigitte Bardot, who each in their own way have represented ‘La Femme’."
Laura H. Elliott
“I am the same in the arts as I am with life and learning, inquisitive and driven. My work is a dichotomy of mediums, as I create paintings side by side with my metal clay work. The exploration of my ideas over the years has led to an abstraction in my work, with one medium directly inspiring the other. It was a slow progression towards this change, but it has ignited such a new energy into my work. I adore both mediums, with each having its own process and challenges. I find painting an unfocussed, instinctual process, with a simple colour palette choice being the only planning I do. The metal clay is the opposite, as planning is key for the components used to work within the medium; however, the execution of my designs is, again, an instinctive process. Though my two mediums light a fire in my mind, each allows me to express my feelings and representations of life and who I am due to the contradiction of their natures, one being 2D and the other 3D. The challenge of working with clay has been a lifelong passion and it was when I decorated a clay piece of work aged 14 that I discovered painting and I have been in love with both ever since." "Elizabeth is a self-taught artist and has been painting for many years. She embraces the freedom paint allows her to have, by using a variety of techniques and materials, immersing herself in a world of colour. Elizabeth works in many different mediums and has two very distinctive styles, one she calls her “Country Life” where she works in watercolour producing whimsical loose style paintings of animals, birds and some figurative pieces. The other she calls her “City Life” where she produces large, abstract and striking pieces. More recently delving into her Far Eastern roots she has been working on a collection of Japanese Red Crowned Cranes, Geisha & Koi. She loves the challenge of working with new mediums and experimenting with new effects in painting. Elizabeth’s paintings are created using an exciting range of media including pouring and dripping using fluid acrylics, metallic lustre paints and gold leaf, often embellishing with glitter, nail polish, sequins and crystals in very intricate detail. Her use of different media and her love of colour has continuously developed and evolved together with her use of resin. Elizabeth enjoys the gestural abstract approaches of painting while allowing incidents and effects take place in her compositions. She wants to take you on a journey with her work with the infusion of beauty, colour, harmony and intrigue, she hopes you will find that original piece that will meet your artistic sensibilities."

"Hi I’m Alex Goddard; Thanks for visiting my website, I have been tiling for 34 years and have no tiling qualifications just 34 years experience.
I was probably lucky when it comes to being taught my tiling trade, my whole tiling career I have worked with tilers and tradesmen that have a passion for what they do for a living, by that I mean they put the quality of their workmanship first and the money second but obviously the money is important as well. I started working with my brother John Goddard, who in his own right is an absolute master tiler in my opinion. I started working in the commercial industry for about 9 years, over that period of time I slowly built up a name for myself in the domestic world of tiling working direct for to the customer. Up until that time all the work I did was in ceramic floor and wall tiling. With the changing trends of my industry I decided to push my services towards fixing natural stone floor and wall tiles. That is when I came in contact with a London based bathroom company that had a bathroom show room in Kensington, named Pipedreams. I was given new challenges in the world of marble, sand and limestone tiling and mosaic. This is where I really had to prove myself as a tiler. Every job had to be teetering on the verge of perfection because of the wealthy based clientele thet Pipedreams had, but hay, when there they were paying top dollar for work anybody would expect perfection and quality workmanship. I also started to get involved in the full installation of the bathroom where I could take control of the quality from the start to Finnish of the bathroom. I like to take pride in every job I do and like to work for the client that truly appreciates good quality workmanship"
